Can I use CafeStation on restricted Windows account? When I try to execute CafeStation from a limited user profile it fails with a message that it is unable to open 'codes.dat' file.

You need to add read-write access right to your limited account, so that it can access CafeSuite\Data and CafeSuite\Reports folders. To do in please right click on each of these two folders, select Properties, go to Security tab, click Add, enter limited account username and press Enter, enable Read and Write permission and finally press OK. From now on you should be able to use CafeStation also from a limited account.
