How should I reinstall client software manually?

Sometimes it may be needed to reinstall client software manually in order to upgrade it. Here's the simple procedure of doing so:

  1. After you install the new CafeSuite version, go to the client configuration and check all the options you are using.
  2. When you finish the configuration, you'll be asked if you'd like to save client program to some other location. Choose a network-shared folder.
  3. Now, on each workstation, close the older version of client software and execute cafeagent.exe from that shared folder. Remember that if you're using Windows NT/2000/XP, you have to be logged in as the Administrator to install the client software properly.
  4. Client software is updated.
