I am already a user and have a valid license but when i tried to log in the software told me that the trial version has expired. I am not using the trial version, what is wrong?

It means the program couldn't read your license key that we sent you by email. Make sure that it's located in CafeSuite folder. Sometimes users only double click on the license key to place it in system registry - it's fine, but when you reinstall the system you will need to apply the key again. It's the best to use menu Program/Enter key instead which copies and unzips the key file to CafeSuite folder. This way you can just copy the whole CafeSuite folder back after reinstalling the system.
