How to report problem with CafeAgent?

Usually reported problems are configuration and system specific. Therefore you should send us as much information as possible when something doesn't work as desired. For CafeAgent issues, it is the best to create a bug report directly from the client program on the PC where the problem exists immediately after the problem happens.

Here's how to submit a bug report in CafeAgent:

Please right click on CafeAgent hourglass icon and select Bug report:

Or anywhere on the screen if PC is currently locked:

Confirm client password (necessary when not in maintenance mode):

CafeAgent password authorization

 

Provide accurate problem description and your email address, so that we can contact you back:

You can send the report by clicking Send bug report button - then you should see a confirmation:

However for high priority requests it's the best to save the report to a zip file and email manually from your webmail - click Save report button:

The program will open the folder with packed CafeAgent.zip report:

The report contains program configuration, state and detailed log file, which we will use to locate the problem.  If the problem is caused by a software bug, we will try to fix it in the next CafeSuite release.
