Add custom time This command allows you to set time limit for the selected workstation. Add x hours Use this command to set one of the pre-defined time limits for the selected workstation. Start time Use this command to start counting time for the selected workstation. It should be used when the customer doesn't know how much time is he going to spend at the computer. Counting will start from zero, use the Free workstation command (or the Free button on the time bar) to stop and free the workstation for another customer. It may happen that the customer will decide about his time limit after a while. In such case, you can use one of the time buttons from the time bar or the Add time command. You will be asked whether the selected time limit should include the time that already passed. Use account Use this command to pick a customer account and start counting time for it. You will be able to choose whether a time limit should be set or the time should be counted up from zero, limited only by account's credits. Move client Use this command to move a customer to another workstation. Information Displays Time information window for the selected computer. Free workstation Use this command to stop counting time for the selected workstation. Cancel time Cancells counting time for the selected workstation. Pause time Pauses counting time for the selected workstation. Resume time Resumes counting time after it was paused. Bonus time Use this command to give a little amount of extra time to the selected workstaton. This command is intended to be used in case of a hardware failure or system restart. Adding bonus time will be recorded in the detailed report, it can be limited on the Bonus page in the configuration. Sale Opens the Sell panel. Get charge Use this command to record getting chage from the customer before freeing his workstation.Getting charge will toggle paid indicator next to the computer icon in the workstation list. Cancel paid charge Cancells last recorded charge. Correct time or charge Use this command to correct the time period or charge calculated by the software for the selected workstation. Account properties Displays details about customer's accout if it's used on the selected workstation. See also
