Sales Selecting this option will cause displaying the Sell panel. Accounts Selecting this option will cause displaying the Accounts panel. Reservations Selecting this option will cause displaying the Reservations panel. Products and services Selecting this option will cause displaying the Products and services panel. Process manager Selecting this option will cause displaying the Process manager panel. Screen capture Selecting this option will cause displaying the Screen capture panel. Keys Selecting this option will cause displaying the Keys panel. Go to - Reservations Use this command to open the Reservations panel. Go to - Accounts Use this command to open the Accounts panel. Go to - Sales Use this command to open the Sell panel. Go to - Products and services Use this command to open the Products and services panel. Go to - Process manager Use this command to open the Process manager panel. Go to - Screen capture Use this command to open the Screen capture panel. Main Selecting this option will cause displaying the main toolbar which includes buttons form most common actions. Rates Selecting this option will cause displaying the rates drop-down list in the toolbar. The list is usefull when you want to change the charging rate used on the selected workstation. It also indicates which rate is assigned to the computer. Accounts Selecting this option will cause displaying the accounts tolbar which allows you to quickly select an account and recharge, renew or start counting time for it. Time Selecting this option will cause displaying the time bar. Buttons from the time bar are used to start and end time for selected workstations. Cash Selecting this option will cause displaying the cash bar. Buttons from the cash bar can be assigned different sums of money and used to start counting time on the selected workstations with a limit set by their value. Templates Selecting this option will cause displaying the templates toolbar, which allows you to create new accounts quickly using the selected account template. Columns This command allows you to choose which coluns should be displayed on the computer list. Choose font Use this command to set font used in the computer list. Colors Use this command to set colors used in the computer list to indicate different states of the computers. Time buttons Use this command to configure buttons available on the time bar. Cash buttons Use this command to configure buttons available on the cash bar. Paid indicators Select this option if you want checkmarks to be displaed on the computer list when customer has paid for his time in advance. They will be displed Seconds Selecting this option if you want seconds to be displayed when counting time. Seconds will be displayed in the computer list as well as in all time-related Grid Selecting this option will cause displaying grid in the workstation list. It may make the workstation list more readable for you. See also
