Show message Sends a message to the selected workstations. Maintain Puts selected computers into the maintenance mode (system restrictions and locks are taken off). The maintenance mode should be used by operators to install new software, perform a virus check, etc. You should restart workstation after putting it into the maintenance mode in order to remove all applied restrictions. Reserve Creates a new reservations for the selected workstation. Ping computer Checks connection between selected computers and the server. Response time is displayed in the log window. Run Executes given command remotely on the selected workstations. Wake up Turns on selected workstations using Wake On Lan functionality. Shutdown This command allows you to shut down selected workstations remotely. The Computers can be turned off programatically option indicates that the computer can be safely powered off programatically. Certain hardware models don't have this feature and you should uncheck this option in such case. Leaving this option checked may cause system crash instead of powering it off. Close programs Closes all visible programs (i.e. with their own windows) on the selected workstations. System work time This command shows you for how long the selected computers have been on. Update client program Attempts to update client software remotely on the selected workstations. Remember that the workstations need to be connected for this command to work. Close client program Use this command to close client software running on the selected workstations. You can also uninstall it by selecting the Uninstall option when closing. Sound volume This command allows you to change system setting of the sound volume on selected workstations. Lock computer Locks selected workstations. Unlock computer Unlocks selected workstations. Turn off monitor Turns off displays on the selected workstations. This command depends on monitor drivers and it may not work Turn on monitor Turns on displays on the selected workstations. See also
