Account properties
Username - username for the account, it will be visible in the accounts panel.
ID - account ID. If you're using a barcode scanner, this field will be used to store user card number.
Type - choose account type. You'll find more information about account types in the Customer accounts section.
Total time - amount of time to be stored on the account (available with Time accounts only).
Bonus time - amount of extra time given to the account.
Rates - check this field if you'd like to select a charging rate for the account (only for cash and use and pay account types). If you leave this field unchecked, charging rate assigned to a workstation will be used to calculate the charge.
You can also choose which charging rates should be used with the account on selected computer groups on the Account rates tab.
Total cash - amount of money to be stored on the account. All account types can store money.
Setup fee - additional fee charged for creating the account.
Total price - total price for the account.
Max debt - select this option if you want to limit debt that can be stored on the account.
Total points - use this field to set or edit the amount of bonus points accumulated on the account. You can configure the points system on the Points system page in options.
Please note that points are added to the account only after the worstation used by customer is freed.
No password (for timecodes) - select this option if you'd like to treat the account as a timecode, customer will only have to know its name to use it.
If your cafe is using timecodes you should also select Login with username only option on the Logon system page in client setup.
Set account password - use this button to change the password for the account.
If you don't set the password yourself, the customer will be asked to set the password on his own when he logs in for the first time.
Account template - you can save current account settings as a template which can be used to create accounts in future. Just enter template name in this field and press the button with the floppy icon on the left. You can remove the selected template by using the button with red cross.
