Account properties window - Account rates tab

This tab allows you to set account rates.

Computer group rates - it's possible to change rates used with the account on different computer groups. Simply choose computer group and charging rate that should be used when account owner logs onto a computer belonging to this group. You can pick different rates for each computer group.

Group discounts - this part of the window is enabled only when editing account templates.

Group discounts are applied when accounts are created using the Templates toolbar.

This can be very useful if you are offering special discounts for families or fiends. When the chosen number of customers is willing to purchase accounts the charging rate will be chosen according to the group discounts.

Use Add, Edit and Delete buttons to manage Group discounts.

Traffic discounts - allow you to offer different charging rates to customers when certain number of workstaions is free.

For example, you want to use cheaper charging rates when there's plenty of room in your cafe, but the prices should be higher if there are only 5 or less seats free. That's exactly what traffic discounts were designed for.
