For information about our software, ordering process, cyber cafe management and other issues, please browse the CafeSuite Knowledge Base. If there is no answer to your question, please use the Ask question command from the Knowlege Base menu. Our reply will immediately be available to other customers as well. And of course you'll be notified by e-mail about it.

If you're facing technical difficulties with our software, please create a ticket for your problem in our Support ticket system. We'll send you an e-mail with our comments on your report.

Support for registered customers

Apart from the Knowlege Base and the Support ticket system our registered customers have full access to CafeSuite forums where they can request help and share their experiences with other Internet cafe owners from all-over the world.

Please report the most urgent issues in the Support ticket system. We'll respond as soon as possible.

We provide one year of free support and upgrades with every unlimited time license you purchase. Naturally you can extend this period by ordering the Support and upgrades package on our order page. In case of time limited license, you're just granted access to our technical support while your license is valid.
